Cindy Waldheim is a unique jewel. Not only is she a technology and mathematics genius, but she also has personality and talents that inspire people to aim for greatness. With both soft and hard skills, she brings an extraordinary level of understanding to Systemation’s clients.
Cindy helps business analysts think through every aspect of a problem before jumping in with requirements prematurely. Careful groundwork then sets the stage for a deeper understanding of exactly what needs doing and how to best accomplish the task. Add in a healthy dose of interpersonal relationship skills, and everyone wins with clear-cut requirements, well-oiled processes and happy players all around.
In Cindy’s workshops, attendees glean important tricks of the trade from her years of experience and success. She has mastered the art form of extracting exactly what is needed from clients and planning ahead to cover every base. Participants leave with a greater feel for what it takes to gain the information they need in order to accomplish individual, project and team goals.
Both inside and outside the classroom, Cindy’s life is a beautiful combination of unexpected surprises. She’s a brilliant mathematician and enjoys reading about physics. But she’s no sit-at-home bookworm. She also loves camping, hiking and adventure…. which is exactly what Systemation’s clients are in for when they attend her workshops!
