Dawn Snyder serves as the primary point of contact between Systemation’s facilitators and the company. She’s definitely a friend to each one, making sure they are scheduled for workshops with plenty of time to get to and from and always representing their best interest when decisions are made. By knowing each one on a personal and professional level, she is able to consistently schedule the best facilitator for each individual client’s preferences and needs.
Dawn has a presence about her that is hard to miss. She sets the tone for the office in many different ways and keeps things even-keeled. She doesn’t have a lot to say all the time; but when she does talk, people listen with respect and interest. She’s also known for her lucky privilege of passing out tickets to all the various sporting events (AVS, Broncos, Nuggets and Rockies) and for leading the social committee.
Tasty Tidbit!
When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
“A horse trainer/forest ranger I figured I could do both!”
Even when she was a little girl, Dawn was thinking ahead about how she could have it all and do it all. She’s not a forest ranger, but she does still ride horses often. More than that, she’s managed to find a way to be a super mom, businesswoman, co-worker and friend all at once. She has her cake and eats it too! Many people say she owes her success to her great communication skills and sense of compassion. Bright, caring, detailed, committed, true-blue role model…People make the difference at Systemation-People like Dawn Snyder!
