Ginny Sorensen is Systemation’s logistical maven! With impeccable attention to detail, she crosses every “t” and dots every “i” with one goal in mind—make the customer’s experience the best it can possibly be! For all her behind-the-scenes effort, everyone involved has what they need, knows where to go and has everything in place to step in and do what they do best without having to be distracted by worrisome minutia.
Ginny is constantly making sure handouts and materials arrive when and where they should and facilitators are in the know on room arrangements, etc. It’s a big enough job to keep her more than busy. But when workshops are delivered flawlessly, and clients are happy and successful, she says it’s all very worth the effort.
Around the office, Ginny is known as the one with the most unexpected tastes. She’s not a redneck, but does have some surprising interests in things like Nascar, guns, WWF wrestling and horses. Even in entertainment choices, she’s just a step beyond the expected. That’s what makes her fit in so well at Systemation, where overproducing is the norm!
Tasty Tidbit!
What is your favorite childhood memory?
“When I was a small child my Dad used to take us to see car races, and he would always get tickets to the pits as well. We would go into the pits afterwards and could sit in some of the cars and get lots of free stuff and autographs. I always wanted to be a Nascar driver. I wanted to be a legend like Richard Petty.”
Her life’s not that far from a racetrack after all. Keeping up with all the workshops, participants and facilitators as they speed around the course toward victory certainly can feel like a race. Staying caught up with orders with an occasional pit stop to change tires (or gears) and take care of certificates and other logistical tasks really does keep Ginny in the fast lane. And she handles it with grace that would make her hero Richard Petty proud! Quick, on top of things, revved up and roarin’ to go…People make the difference at Systemation—People like Ginny Sorensen!
