Herman has a firm grasp on project management that comes from a wide variety of experience in key industries such as manufacturing, information technology and even nuclear science. Taking complicated, seemingly impossible circumstances and turning them into amazing success stories is all just part of an ordinary day’s work for Herman.
And he brings that insight, drive and rich experience into every workshop he facilitates. A topnotch teacher, through and through, Herman has a knack for reaching every participant where they are and leading them through the clutter to a higher, more productive place. And he does it in a soothing, calming and gracious manner. Students leave with real tools they can start using immediately in their everyday work situations.
Herman’s personal philosophy about life translates easily into suave business acumen and effective workshop facilitation. “It’s all about the relationships” is his mantra. He takes the time to really listen to others both in and out of the classroom, making him a rare jewel indeed.
