Some people try very hard to be engaging when they speak. For others, it just comes naturally. Jennifer Romero is of the latter quality. She is authentically engaging and draws you in after only a few minutes.
And it certainly doesn’t take long to find out that not only is she absolutely captivating, but she’s incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to project management. She’s been in the trenches and knows firsthand what today’s professionals face in the real world. She’s managed lots of technical environments and has wide variety of experience across industries.
But it’s not her expertise and enthusiasm alone that make her such a great facilitator. It’s the fact that she genuinely cares about the people in her workshop. She has a passion for seeing them be better project managers, and that passion shines brightly in the classroom. Attendees leave with a real grasp for how to use the tools they’ve just learned. And they leave excited about trying them out in their everyday jobs.
Jennifer is a caring person in and out of the classroom. When she’s not helping people better their careers, she can often be found helping those less fortunate, her friends and her family. She’s committed to making the world a better place, and her passion for life is contagious!

What do you like to do outside of work?
