John Rahiya is a natural-born leader. And a great one at that! He knows that business is often more about people than about business. Everything you are able to accomplish as a leader is done through people working together. Efficiently. In harmony. With integrity and excellence at every level. And nowhere is that more true than in the field of project management.
Project management, in fact, might better be described as “people management.” Know how to manage people, and you’ll know how to manage projects through to successful completion. This philosophy has served John very well in his illustrious career. A genuine understanding of the human race, along with a wealth of experience and information, make him a superb leader, mentor and facilitator.
Everything John talks about in his workshops is practically drenched in experience. He knows what works and how to avoid the pitfalls that can lurk just under the surface. There’s a very natural, comfortable exchange of information in his classroom. Participants don’t even realize how much they’re learning as they lose track of time hearing his tales of real-life successes, failures and lessons learned.
John has fit an awful lot of living into his interesting life so far. He’s a decorated war veteran, has testified before Congress and together with his wife raised three terrific kids who then became terrific adults with terrific kids of their own. When he’s not helping others in the business world become more successful, he can be found investing in the lives of his family and friends…a stand-up guy in both his professional and personal life!
