Joe Trey is a very rare blend of creativity and technical prowess. Some believe those two attributes are mutually exclusive, but Joe disproves such a theory. As director of operations at Systemation, Joe is responsible for the areas of shipping and receiving, IT and order fulfillment. His job, in a nutshell, is to make sure things run smoothly for staff, facilitators and clients. So many people to please…so little time!
And yet Joe stays on top of things with amazing ease. He brings a sense of standardization and process to the work environment with his methodical way of handling business. His favorite thing about his job is the opportunity to be creative in a technical environment. A supporter of and participator in the arts, Joe breaks the mold of stereotypes by fitting in perfectly with two very different worlds.

What is your favorite childhood memory?
“Seeing KISS with my parents and my aunt when I was in 3rd grade…sitting with them and looking up at Gene Simmons just feet away…what a pretty sight!”
Seeing something “pretty” in the “not-so-pretty” is one of Joe’s best qualities. He can take a jumbled mass of chords, process or even numbers and convert them into pieces of art! And don’t let the ponytail and Harley fool you; he’s just a big, fun, loveable guy.
