First impressions for Kelley Bruns cannot be trusted. She’s not very large in stature or physique, but after a short while, it’s obvious there’s a lion inside who is not afraid to live life large. Systemation’s clients who spend time with Kelley learn to set their sights high and go big if they’re going.
A clear sense of vision and impeccable standards are strong indicators for success in project management. Kelley helps clients sharpen these and other skills to achieve and exceed project goals. She teaches clients how to get things done and helps them convince others to join in…even during situations where they may not have a lot of autonomy or authority.
Workshop participants consistently comment on the well-organized, logical and practical presentations Kelley gives. They head back to their everyday jobs with translatable, relevant insights that make them better project managers, team members, employees and bosses. They leave inspired to aim higher and accept nothing less than their own personal best.
Kelley says one of the secrets to her success is derived from a quote by William A. Ward: “When we seek to discover the best in others, we somehow bring out the best in ourselves.” And that’s exactly what she does with and for her clients!
Tasty Tidbit!
What were you like as a kid?
“As a small child, I used to sneak into the kitchen when my mom wasn’t watching and sit on her bags of potato chips because I enjoyed the sound of the bag exploding. So, she had to make many meals of tuna noodle casserole with the smashed potato chips on top. We still laugh about this today because it was also my favorite meal at the time.” Explosive, perceptive, persuasive and unexpectedly refreshing—that’s our Kelley Bruns!
