Matt Bosley

Matt Bosley, Facilitator

Matt Bosley is a deep thinker. And he helps Systemation’s clients dig deeper too, leading them to delve down into the complexities that lie behind a given problem. There’s no surface-level polishing here. Just smart, analytical, old-fashioned brain power that leads to perfectly structured processes and systems that run like well-oiled machines.

Don’t let the intellect fool you, though. Matt is not a pie-in-the-sky thinker who is out of touch with the reality of everyday workplace issues. His vast experience in business analysis, financial models, and facilitation keep him very grounded in practical tips and applications for improved success. The diverse bank of knowledge that his curiosity has inspired ends up inspiring others to seek new levels of understanding.

Workshop participants leave Matt’s sessions with a new perspective on processes, requirements and structure. They walk away with a greater clarity for what makes seamless cross-functionality a real possibility and a renewed vision for seeing outstanding results like never before.

When he’s not contemplating the speed of light, multiple facets of business analysis or what makes the exact perfect combination for project success, Matt is often thinking of sports or politics. He is also fascinated with memory techniques, psychology, sociology and economics. Rest assured, his mind is always busy! Systemation is lucky to have that mind working for our clients on a regular basis!

Tasty Tidbit!
“When we were about four years old, my twin brother and I decided that it would be a good idea to stick our plastic Wiffle bats into our (old-school open-flame) furnace. The bats melted just as we predicted they would. The experiment was successful! Well…um…that is, until our mom found out. We were punished; but it was worth it, I can still see those yellow bats melting. Good times all-around!” Inquisitive, experiential, unexpected, profoundly intelligent and very fun—that’s our Matt Bosley!
