Nikki Armstrong, Senior Facilitator
Nikki Armstrong has just about seen it all in her 20 years of business experience. Her solid background in consulting, analysis and project leadership makes her a great asset to Systemation.
She has conducted business and technical analysis, coordinated communications and quality management, as well as trained other consultants in estimating, proposal development, technical interviewing and communication skills. Clients benefit tremendously from her wealth of experience across the project management board.
One of Nikki’s greatest feats was leading more than 80 external vendors and end-user computing teams on a 30,000-hour project to modify a mortgage company’s unique identifier. Her insight from projects like this has proved invaluable to countless businesses across the country. Firsthand knowledge of the culture, diversity and commonality of hundreds of organizations makes her workshops informative and useful.
Nikki is just two classes shy of completing her MBA from Drake University. When she is not working on her MBA or offering superb advice to clients, she enjoys the outdoors. You’ll find her skiing in the winter and biking in the summer.
