Pam Charbonneau’s job is to “make sure.” She spends every day making sure clients get invoiced, and then she makes sure to pay all of Systemation’s invoices, as well. She also inadvertently “makes sure” everyone smiles at least once a day because of her thoughtfulness and genuine spirit.
She’s known as the “conscience” of Systemation, and her favorite thing about her job is that the corporate culture at Systemation allows for good work and good fun at the same time. One of the responsibilities she enjoys most is organizing corporate activities such as the annual Systemation Frenzy for our facilitators, the yearly Systemation camping trip and our Systemation Saucers softball team.
Tasty Tidbit!
When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
“I wanted to be a cattle rancher. I spent the summer weekdays helping my father work on his farm. And on weekends I went to my Grandmother’s ranch, where I rode my horse and played with the animals. I was convinced that ranching was much more fun than farming, and that’s what I was going to do. Of course, I was going to hire ranch hands to do all the hard labor so I would have plenty of free time.”
She doesn’t exactly herd cattle everyday like she planned, but she definitely keeps all of us at Systemation heading in the right direction. She sits in the saddle as Financial Administrator and keeps a tight reign on the accounting activities. A small-town girl with a big heart, an incredible brain and a knack for details…People make the difference at Systemation-People like Pam Charbonneau!
