Patricia Tatum is the consummate organizer and a planner to the max. She has organizational skills like no one else the world over. And she always has back-up plans for when the originally planned plans don’t happen to go as planned. Mind-boggling, but true!
Her attention to detail has helped make her a super successful project manager and much sought-after trainer. So much so, in fact, that she’s taught all over the world! She’s very knowledgeable about the most common project management scenarios as well as those that don’t happen every day. And she’s got a plan for most of them!
Patricia’s workshop attendees leave with the skills they need to improve their project management roles and a step-by-step guide for how to bring all they’ve learned to fruition. She knows what works and doesn’t work, and her matter-of-fact style leaves little room for vagueness or uncertainty. She insists on doing things well and expects the same from her listeners.
When she’s not teaching the finer skills of organized project management, she’s planning for the finer things in life—vacationing, traveling and shopping in style!
