If Rich Grenhart were an animal, he would most definitely be an owl. He is extremely wise and very stately. He flies right and has an innate ability to see clearly even in dark, murky situations. And most of all, he’s a total hoot! His zest for life and ability to put people at ease make him a ton of fun to be around and an easy person to learn from.
Rich has a Doctorate in Psychology and more than 25 years of experience in coaching leaders from Fortune 500 companies, non-profit businesses, military organizations and the public sector. In short, Rich knows people. He knows how they tick, why they tick and what might make them tick better and faster. And, more importantly, he’s really good at getting them to see those things about themselves as well.
Workshop participants notice Rich’s energy right off the bat. He is a dynamic person, and when he’s in the room, it’s very hard not to want to listen to him. Leadership development skills and personal growth are common by-products that come naturally after spending time under his coaching and tutelage. Clients leave much better equipped to handle the human side of product management than they were when they arrived.
When he is not developing leaders and fostering understanding in the workplace, Rich enjoys spending time with his family. It’s no surprise that he has a relational approach to family and friends, making the most of every opportunity to be together. He’s also a recreational runner and lover of travel. He lives life to the full and encourages everyone he meets to do the same.
