Shannon Cox is a classic “people person,” which serves her well in the capacity of one of Systemation’s program directors. Her job is very much centered around relationships with people. She partners with clients to determine what needs they have and how Systemation can best meet those needs. Maintaining and enhancing long-term relationships with our clients is her specialty.
Around the office, she’s referred to as a “cheerleader” of sorts. She is always pulling for people, applauding co-workers and encouraging everyone around her. Basically, the world is just a cheerier place when Shannon is around. And her enthusiasm for life flows over into her work. She’s passionate about her clients and demands that they get nothing less than the best. Not surprisingly, her favorite thing about her job is the personal side of business…human relationships with clients and facilitators.
Tasty Tidbit!
When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
“As I child, I wanted to be either an ER physician or a Pediatrician. I love medicine and working with people. I just couldn’t handle the idea of another 12 years of school and work after graduation from high school before I could jump in and get started as a physician. I started off college as a pre-med major and then switched to psychology at the last minute to graduate early and travel throughout Australia.”
Live for the moment. Don’t just survive; enjoy the ride while you’re at it. That’s Shannon. Energy radiates from her, and her passion for life positively affects co-workers, clients and facilitators. Her problem-solving skills and keen insights into what makes people tick have made her a great success in guarding the relationships we have with our business partners. Intelligent, fun, enthusiastic, spontaneous and high-energy …People make the difference at Systemation-People like Shannon Cox!
