Tell about your most embarrassing moment in business.

“Thinking it was a friend calling, I answered my cell phone in the men’s restroom. To my chagrin, it was a client. Just as I was trying to regain my composure, someone in the next stall flushed the toilet. The client then asked where I was. There was nothing to do but ‘fess up and tell the truth. Needless to say, I no longer answer my cell phone in public restrooms!” Honest, forthright and always available for his clients-that’s our Bill van Bark!
