Systemation Celebrates 50 Years of Providing Project-based Learning Improvement Solutions

CENTENNIAL, CO – June 3, 2009 – Systemation is celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2009. Founded in 1959, Systemation is a results-driven training and consulting company that optimizes the performance of individuals, teams and organizations by instilling best practice, project-based processes and techniques across the enterprise. With seasoned expertise in project management, business analysis and agile development, Systemation helps transform the way people learn and perform to maximize overall businesses success.

As a pioneer in project-based training, Systemation was the first training company in the industry to introduce, assess and implement Project Management and Business Analysis competencies. Over the course of its long and successful tenure, Systemation has helped transform the performance of a wide variety of prominent government entities and Fortune 2,000 companies, including Verizon, Barclays Bank, JPM Chase, Mattel, State of Oregon, and Bridgestone.

In 1959, Leslie Matthies – named “Systems Man of the Year” by the Systems and Procedures Association one year before – established Systemation in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He built the company on a vision of helping organizations improve business results through systems education. Over the next 50 years, Systemation would steadily evolve to become a leading international training and consulting company that provides a wide range of project-based workshops, programs and consulting services to individuals and project-based organizations.

“We’re very passionate about sharing the very best ‘how-to’s’ with hungry students,” stated Ben Snyder, CEO of Systemation, “and look forward to leveraging five decades  worth of knowledge and experience to continue to improve the performance of project-based organizations. We’ve been very fortunate to have experienced such great success over the last half century, and also very appreciative. We would like to sincerely thank all of our customers, partners and employees who helped us get to where we are today.”

Systemation is celebrating its 50-year anniversary in 2009 by rolling out a comprehensive new array of learning improvement solutions, including 11 new training workshops in project management, business analysis and agile development. In addition, Systemation is making its full schedule of courses available in a Web-based virtual format to provide enhanced flexibility, greater convenience and cost savings to its customers.
