Business Analysis Simulation

Analysts participate in a “reenactment” of an emergency scenario. After receiving a briefing, they interview key players to learn about a breakdown in a critical business process. They define the requirements for fixing the problem and propose the best course of action. Participants hone their skills and speed to prepare for unexpected, untimely, real-life surprises.
