Banding

Our precision-tested Banding Approach groups Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Agile Developers into distinct “bands”. Each band is made up of similar groups of people based on levels, titles or functions within an organization. Then, each band is assigned a customized training curriculum accordingly.

Aftercare

Included: employee accountability agreements, reinforcement emails, manager support packets, an online tool for reviewing training concepts and asking questions, and virtual coaching.

Assessments

Achieving proficiency in any skill is a complex matter. It requires the right blend of innate abilities and learned concepts. But before proficiency can be achieved, self-knowledge must be attained.

Systemation offers individual and organizational assessments prior to the start of every training program to establish a baseline for each competency, identify areas of strength, define gaps in learning and highlight areas on which to focus. Post-assessments are given after each program’s completion to measure improvement, validate improvement, benchmark a group against peers or design a customized training program.
