The Systemation Practitioner Certificate in Project Management Program gives students a solid command of project management fundamentals. It instills in seasoned and novice project managers alike the basic processes, tools and people skills necessary to successfully manage small- to mid-sized projects and achieve desired business results.
Consisting of four comprehensive workshops, the Practitioner Certificate Program emphasizes the successful planning and initiation phases of the project management discipline. In addition to providing technique-based competencies, the Practitioner Certificate Program teaches students the “softer” skills as well, such as negotiation techniques, getting management buy-in and effectively working with others.

Microsoft® Project 2 Days Traditional | 16 Hours Virtual This course moves project managers from using Microsoft® Project as a static tool for creating up-front project plans to a dynamic tool for managing the entire project lifecycle. Participants practice viewing projects from a 30,000-foot level by examining the status of task details, reallocating resources, and re-estimating milestones when unexpected events threaten a timetable or budget, and creating informative status reports. Making Projects Work 2 Days Traditional | 16 Hours Virtual This workshop examines how to serve as a successful bridge between a project team, customers, and sponsors. Participants learn techniques for making difficult requests and influencing people outside their scope of power.
