Practitioner Program in Project Management
The Practitioner Program in Project Management gives you a solid command of project management fundamentals. Both new and seasoned project managers will benefit from this overview of basic processes, tools, and people skills necessary for successful management of small- and mid-sized projects.
To earn the certificate, participants must attend the following four workshops and pass an assessment:

Advanced Program in Project Management
The Advanced Program in Project Management equips seasoned project managers to excel in more complex project environments. You’ll gain tools for delivering desired results on large-scope projects, under extreme pressure and less-than-ideal circumstances.
Prerequisite: Practitioner Program in Project Management
