To earn the certificate, participants must attend the following four workshops and pass an assessment:
The Advanced Program in Project Management equips seasoned project managers to excel in more complex project environments. You’ll gain tools for delivering desired results on large-scope projects, under extreme pressure and less-than-ideal circumstances.
